![]() The Division Heartland, a survival-action multiplayer shooter set in small-town America within the Division universe, will be available in 2022-2023 on PC, consoles, and cloud. We have the details shared below along with a couple of trailers for you to enjoy from the stream, but the shorthand is that The Division 2 is headed into Season 10, The Division Resurgence revealed details of a Closed Beta on the way, and more info has been released of the latest stand-along edition to the franchise with The Division Heartland. Good day.During the UbiForward event that took place yesterday, the team ran down several updates coming to The Division series. I have no interest in Heartland, so I will be forgetting that it exists and no longer talking about it. Now dude, I'm letting it go and moving on or more specifically, sticking with the Division 2. Simple as that.Īs I said, Ubisoft will do what they want, and the players who don't enjoy pvp will play or not play the game. I've simply looked at the details, decided that I won't be playing the game, and also decided to post that here in the forums. Well I'm not trying to change the game dude, so I'm not sure where you're getting that idea from. Literally nobody cares whether play Heartlands or not. Don't like it, don't play it, it really is that simple. Understand the concept of a game before you start complaining. What you're complaining about is like a PvP player going into the open world in Division 2 and complaining that there's no PvP in a PvE only environment. Originally posted by Zero McDol:Uh, then perhaps you should consider that there is a major difference between an optional pvp in Dark Zone areas vs a -> Forced I never go there <. If you don't like PvP games, then don't play PvP games and stop trying to make the game something it's not supposed to be. It's supposed to be an open PvPvE map, like Cycle and Escape From Tarkov. Heartland is not targeted for players who don't want to PvP. I just don't see the point of this argument, you're clearly are just overlooking the entire point of what Heartlands is suppose to be. I myself won't be going anywhere near Heartland. Simple.Īs I said though, Ubisoft can and will do what they want, just as pve players will choose to or not to play Heartland. Uh, then perhaps you should consider that there is a major difference between an optional pvp in Dark Zone areas vs a -> Forced I never go there <. Not too excited for Heartlands myself, but being forced into a PvPvE environment isn't going to stop me from trying it. Heartlands isn't targeted for players who don't want to PvP. Like you said, if you don't want to have PvP engagements, don't play it. It like players complaining about getting PvP'd in DZs. Originally posted by Zero McDol:Well that's completely up to Ubisoft, just as it will be up to the thousands of pve players to play or not play the game. Players fighting against each other to complete their own missions and objectives. Don't see any leverage to players who are upset about having to potentially PvP when that's the entire foundation of the game. That's the entire concept of these kind of games. Either way, I'll be sticking with The Division 2 Heartland is completely off of my radar. ![]() ![]() Nothing good comes from forcing pve players to pvp, but I guess that Ubisoft will have to learn that lesson, the hard way. ![]() Well that's completely up to Ubisoft, just as it will be up to the thousands of pve players to play or not play the game. Heartland is Ubisofts take on games like Escape From Tarkov or The Cycle: Frontier. Not really lazy considering that's the entire point of the game.
